Umrah Visa Automation
Stop retyping traveler data into every portal during Umrah season
For Umrah agencies, the season means entering the same traveler data into different systems again and again. Travelers are entered into Nusuk one by one, details and passport-style photos for the Diyanet card are entered separately into the Diyanet portal, and when visas are issued, the forms are downloaded from MOFA one by one. With hundreds of travelers, this takes days.
In Turasistan App, traveler data is saved once. When you create the visa group on the MOFA screen, Trobot transfers the travelers to the Mutamer pool in Nusuk. When you create the Diyanet group, it sends the travelers and their photos to the tour you opened in Diyanet. When the visas are issued, it fetches the forms from MOFA as well.
Data is entered once; Trobot handles the repetitive work for Nusuk, Diyanet and MOFA.

What your team gains
- Time: Trobot handles the hours of data entry and photo uploads in Nusuk and Diyanet.
- One record: The same traveler record is used from booking to visa and Diyanet card; nothing is typed twice.
- Accuracy: When passport data is read from the chip, the risk of having to start over at the visa stage because of a typing error drops.
- Uninterrupted flow: One traveler with an error does not stop the group; you fix the data and resubmit that traveler.
- Organized archive: Umrah visa printouts are collected as images and a combined PDF in the folder you choose.
Who is it for?
- Hajj and Umrah agencies that transfer hundreds of Umrah travelers to Nusuk and Diyanet each season
- Agencies that sell Umrah through a sub-agent network and manage groups centrally
- Agencies that handle visa work through a partner company
