Connect Turasistan to the systems you use every day

An agency's day is spent across many screens: visa portals, the flight ticketing system, e-invoicing, the SMS panel, marketplaces. The same traveler and tour details get typed into each of them again and again.

Turasistan works connected to these systems. You enter the details into Turasistan App once, and visa transfers, ticket sales, invoicing and customer notifications all run from that same record. Most integrations work with your agency's own account on the relevant system; you define your account details in Turasistan once.

Visas and Diyanet: transfers with Trobot

Trobot is Turasistan's transfer application. For the group you prepare in Turasistan App, it opens the relevant system and transfers the travelers for you. You see the result of each transfer live, traveler by traveler, and one faulty record does not stop the whole group.

• Nusuk: Transfers Umrah travelers to the Mutamer pool.
• Diyanet Hajj and Umrah Software Portal: Transfers travelers to the tour you opened on Diyanet and sends the required photos.
• Tourist visa system (Visit Saudi): Creates the group and adds the travelers to it, filling in mahram details for child travelers automatically.
• MOFA visa inquiry: When the visas are issued, fetches the forms and saves them as images and a combined PDF to the folder you choose.

These are platforms of official authorities in Saudi Arabia and Turkey, and visas are issued by the relevant authorities. Turasistan does not issue or approve visas; it only transfers the details your agency prepares to these systems. In Hajj visa processes, Trobot is used by authorized persons, and Sanalogi Bilişim A.Ş. updates the software as the systems change.

Flight tickets: Biletbank

Once you enter your Biletbank agency details into your Turizm Web site, flight search and ticket sales go live on your site. Your customers search for flights on your site and buy their tickets online, and sales run through your own Biletbank agency account. The flight integration in Turizm Web currently runs through Biletbank.

E-invoicing: Uyumsoft

When you register a customer on a tour, a sales invoice is created automatically based on the package price and goes to the e-invoice drafts in your Uyumsoft account with one click. You check the draft and handle submission and approval to the tax office through Uyumsoft. You need a Uyumsoft account to use it.

SMS providers

Turasistan works with PG SMS, MutluCell, EXPRESS SMS, NetGSM, Twilio and Posta Güvercini. You enter the username, password and SMS originator (sender ID) of your provider account once. Flight updates, payment reminders and greetings go out from templates under your agency's sender name.

Website and marketplace

You build a tour in Turasistan App once. With the "show on website" option, the tour is published on your site built with Turizm Web. It is sent to İslami Tur Sepeti once the required mappings are complete. When a date, price or package changes, you update it in Turasistan App; there is no need to enter it on each channel separately.

Online payments

You send your customer a payment link, and the customer enters their card details on a payment page protected by 256-bit SSL. The payment goes to your agency's virtual POS; once approved, it is posted to accounting automatically and the customer's balance is closed. For amounts in foreign currency, the TRY equivalent is calculated at the live exchange rate on the payment link. Card data is never kept by the agency.

Turasistan API

If you want to connect your own software to Turasistan, you can use the Turasistan API. It provides the tour catalog, current accounts, bookings, collections and payments, and accounting transfers through a single REST interface. For example, you can show your tours that are open for sale on your own website or agency panel, create bookings, retrieve collection and account balance data, or transfer accounting records to your own accounting software. The documentation also includes a sample scenario for transfers to Logo ERP.

The connection is set up with an API key specific to your company and protected by IP restrictions. All the details are in the API documentation at docs.turasistan.com.

Turasistan products work together

Turasistan App is your agency's main management software. Our other products connect to it and use the same record:

• Turasistan Reader: Transfers traveler details to Turasistan App by reading the passport chip via NFC or by adding a passport photo from the gallery.
• Trobot: Transfers traveler details from Turasistan App to visa and Diyanet systems.
• Turizm Web: A website product for selling to end customers. Your tours are transferred from Turasistan App to your site, and flight tickets are sold through this site as well. It is purchased separately from Turasistan App.

Integrations in development

• Hotel integration: Your customers will be able to search for hotels and book their accommodation online on your Turizm Web site.
• Haramain High Speed Train: Your customers will be able to buy Makkah–Madinah high-speed train tickets on your Turizm Web site.

Neither integration is available for sale yet. When they go live, they will be announced and added to this page. The planned features are on our Hotel Integration and Haramain High Speed Train pages.
